Flat Creek Saddle Shop is a Wyoming-based retailer meeting the tack and supply needs of horse owners around the world.
From custom saddles and leather goods to blankets and tack, they know their business. They also know that selling custom saddles takes a personal knowledge of the client. That is why they wanted a website that could catalogue the items in their store and possibly grow to allow for e-commerce while maintaining a personal relationship with their customers. By removing the “checkout” functionality, we were able to position Flat Creek Saddle Shop for the option of e-commerce without burdening them to “open” before they’re ready.
The added ease of managing their own catalog via the user-friendly administration interface means their site can stay current without the high cost of maintaining an expensive relationship with a programmer.
