Getting page one ranking is not rocket science; it is a combination of art, skill and simple hard work. All keyword phrases you wish to rank for will require a minimum of one content rich search optimized page on your website. The additional content needed for that keyword phrase to get to the top of search results will vary. Our TSB Complete Website Maintenance and SEO package is designed to help you figure out where you are with your website, where you need to go with it and develop a plan of action to get you there. The price assumes you will get an average of 6 hours a month of our team’s time. This product requires a level of trust and communication – it is not just a service, it’s a partnership.
Each TSB Complete Maintenance and SEO package subscription will involve a different set of tasks based on the information we gather during the initial phase of implementation:
Phase 1: Discovery (where are you and where do you want to be?)
- Ask you to complete an online survey to help us understand your immediate needs and long term objectives.
- Analyze your current website to see what is right and what is not right about it.
- Provide you an in-depth analysis of our observations.
- Determine if you wish to move forward with our recommendations.
Phase 2: Structure (how will we get you there?)
- Present a recommended course of action
- Set up a custom project in our customer portal outlining the various tasks that we feel will be necessary to help you meet your objectives
- Teach you how to use the portal to update your keyword “wish list” and make website update requests.
- Set up your reports portal and provide you access so that you can monitor your results
Phase 3: Action
At this point we will be actively touching your website. The action items will be listed in our task system based on the results of phase 1 and phase 2.

Does this service include website updates at my request?
Yes! We love to do website updates. Just remember, we have to manage our time and doing requested updates might replace other efforts.
Does this service include website design changes?
No. During Phase 1 we will analyze your current website. If your website needs a design/foundation update we will give you a quote and allow you to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to spend the money for our recommended design solution.
Will you help us determine which keyword phrases to focus on?
Yes we will. We need your input to get started but our reporting tools help us develop a large list of suggestions to review with you.
Is there a minimum term commitment?
No*. This is a month to month service. Just please understand, that if we are in the middle of a website redesign it might not be a good idea to cancel right then. (*If you purchase a website redesign/design you will be obligated to pay the balance due for that service upon cancellation of your subscription.)
Do I lose my page one rankings as soon as I quit the service?
No! Our work is all about organic search results. If you keep your website active after you cancel our service you have a very good chance of maintaining the rankings we’ve achieved on your behalf!
Do you use AdWords or other Pay Per Click solutions to get us page one rankings?
No. While we will manage pay per click campaigns at your request, our focus is on building organic search results.
